This is simply an attempt to cash in on the Wheat Belly popularity. The dead give-away is the title. Dr Davis (the Wheat Belly originator), has stated hundreds of time in public and online, "If Wheat Belly were a diet, I would have called it the Wheat Belly Diet. It is not a diet, so I didn't call it that."

By MartinaJ My sister-in-law told me the other day that I should avoid eating wholewheat bread! Really???!!! Now this can be very confusing as we were told my doctors and family members to avoid the white breads and eat more of the whole wheat breads. To be honest my husband and I both enjoy bread (white bread) - it can be so hard to keep away from.But seriously my sister-in-law (she is a nurse) said that avoiding the wholewheat bread as well as the white breads can help in reducing the belly fat. So maybe I will give this wheat belly diet a try. There are a variety of recipes (for 14 days) listed in this book for breakfast, lunch and dinner, I like that, so it makes it easy for me to prepare my meals. The recipes all look so delicious and I can see right away that I will have no problem getting the recipes at my local grocer.

By Steve This book is the perfect companion to Wheat Belly and is the logical next step for anyone choosing to take charge of their health through nutrition.the information is presented in an easy to follow manner, with a more gradual method for implementing the food changes than some other grain free type diets I am familiar with. This book helped me to realize that, and also provided great recipes for delicious and healthy alternatives. I really look forward to continuing to implement what I learned in this book to start living a healthier life.
