The writing style of Claus Holm reminds me of Twilight Zone: you don't know where you're going until you get there...and every end is a surprise.My favorite is the last story, The Pilot. I had my suspicions about the direction of the story, but the ending was still a horrific surprise.You don't have to be a fan of any particular subgenre to appreciate the entertainment value of these four stories.

More of this please ;) By Nadia Wagner It's a quirky little collection of fiction, Claus Holm has written, but very much in his style.The 4 short stories are about a day in someones lives and takes you around the world and for one story around the planetary system. You'll meet likeable characters, some not so likeable characters and mysterious americana that tells you of the authors deeply rooted love of the States.I can relate to Ursulas comparison to the stories in the twilight zone, because nothing ever really is as it seems in his work. I do love his writing style and I hope to be able to buy more stories from him soon. Both for my kindle and for my book shelves.

They all had a funny twist and it was only after reading them once more, I actually found out about the “isolation”. Great plots!
