I've never actually given it a try but I've always wanted to. I heard a co-worker talking about it the other day and decided to do a little more research on it which is why I downloaded this book. This book explain exactly what intermittent fasting is and the best way to utilize it. It even has intermittent fasting for muscle gain which was interesting. The recipes in this book look absolutely amazing and were very easy to read and follow. I look forward to giving some of them a try.

By Amazon Customer I know the author personally, and he offered me this book which is exactly what I need to put my lifestyle in order. I was struggling with keeping a diet for a long time, but nothing ever succeeded. With this method, things finally start to make sense and it’s easier for me to be at it and to stop being scared of this very dangerous word: DIET.I’ve already tried some of the recipes and they are incredible, honestly. Great taste, provocative, I’d say, but in a really good way. For me, for now, it seems to be working and I’m more than willing to give it a go. Even more, this guide is so easy to read that it makes keeping a diet seem like one of the simplest things on Earth. I’d definitely recommend it to whoever needs to keep their body healthy – altogether with their mind.

To do either of these you need to pay attention to your food intake and learn how to prepare and eat healthier meals and other healthier food. If you are counting calories then this book you may purchase. Lots of recipes to choose from with directions and calories to keep you on track.One can never have too many healthy recipes in their arsenal. I am a rather picky eater so I am always on the lookout for new meal combinations. I wasn't disappointed and highly recommend this recipe book.
