After two years of following primarily a Paleo diet, I realized how much better I feel without the dairy or gluten. While the recipes in this book do not purport to be Paleo, many of them are adaptable. It also gives me many wonderful options when I want to have something non-Paleo and still continue to feel wonderful.

Using a slow cooker is something I do quite often, and knowing these recipes are gluten-free is awesome. My next slow cooker meal will be the Corned Beef Tapa.
