I haven't always loved coconut flour recipes By meinhungary I haven't always loved coconut flour recipes, but little by little I've been trying them out. I wasn't sure I was going to love this book but the author has a great reputation for having great recipes so I decided to take a chance. The tips in the beginning about how to work with coconut flour were super helpful and the banana bread recipe was the first I tried and a HUGE success with my family of 6. They devoured the muffins and keep asking for more. Well worth the price for these dependable recipes. Highly recommended.

By Jennifer Dages This is a lovely book with 13 grain free recipes for delicious quick breads. Once you get the coconut flour the recipes are easy to make and very tasty. This is worth a try if you are a grain free baker or want to expand your possibilities into some grain free baking. Coconut flour is an excellent flour to work with. It is different though so it is valuable to have tried and tested recipes. Recommended.
