1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Paleo inconsistencies By L. Johnson I'm disappointed because there are some ingredients that are not truly paleo in some of these recipes. Like black beans are not paleo. It also calls for a package of taco seasoning for one of the recipes. Most packages are not going to be paleo and you should make your own. I think if you're seasoned to the concept of paleo you would know things like taco seasoning and teriaki sauce needs to be paleo and not just purchased right off the shelf. But the recipes are pretty basic for someone looking to expand their current paleo offerings. One recipe I've scanned calls for corn. That is NOT paleo.

These are very yummy and easy to make recipes and aims to optimize your health, minimize your risk of chronic disease, and lose weight. The pressure cooker recipes also having many benefits, the flavor of the food is also preserved in pressure cooker. Over all it is very useful book….

The recipes are all great and easy to follow so even beginners who are new to this will not find it hard to prepare. There are so many Paleo books out there but this is one is different because of how they introduce it to its readers where it can optimize your health, minimize the risk of chronic diseases and lose weight in a healthy way. I am so thankful to have this one because it even though having a hectic day to day schedule, I can still prepare my meals easily but still having its healthy and nutritious value.
