By Amazon Customer I haven't "read" the cookbook yet, but have been under the tutilage of Cheryl (and her husband Forest) for a few months now. I didn't have a lot of weight to lose but a lifestyle to change. It didn't take long with Cheryl's help to accomplish just that. The few recipes I have tried are wonderful and made up of ingredients that are easy to have on hand, and the result is that I no longer have sugar/carb cravings. It's amazing how actually FILLING a diet with good fats can cause those cravings to subside. This is a Plan developed by Cheryl in her many years of devotion to helping people...it truly is not a "diet" of denying oneself of good food but rather a life change that helps us utilitze and appreciate foods that are good to and for us.

This ebook is filled with great recipes, beautiful color photos, tips & solutions for better health. You will find helpful information on hormone balancing, brain health, adrenal fatigue, depression, candida & inflammation just for starters. Cheryl includes practical tips for using healthy fats and oils, seasonings, kitchen equipment and a lot more. I'm loving the fact that I can use my mobile devices, taking my recipes with me when I travel. I'm also excited that I am not cluttering my kitchen cabinets with another bulky cookbook! I highly recommend this cookbook which is filled with delicious & easy to prepare recipes which are beautifully presented. Thanks Cheryl! You have hit this one out of the ball park!

Weight loss and Health made easy By George Abihider When you keep putting on weight and have no idea why you need to look into Cooking for Life and what Cheryl Townsley teaches. My first day following her guidelines I lost 3lbs.! Seriously? Yes, 3lbs.What I discovered is there are certain foods that do not work well with my body chemistry. Foods I thought were 'healthy.' The biggest offender FOR ME (everyone is different) was tomatoes. If I eat a tomato (or Ketchup) I gain a pound the next day.The recipes in the book are incredible, delicious and will blow your tastebuds! But don't just stop at the recipes, read the very helpful information in the book to help you turn your health around.Thank you Cheryl!
