Gorgeous easy to follow recipes By Miriam Wild I am a terrible cook but this cookbook is so well written and straightforward, I made the most delicious vegan meals that I will be making over and over again forever! And I'm not even vegan! Delicious.

By Shari Steele I have loved reading this intriguing cookbook but I must say I haven't committed to trying any of them. It is complicated and the ingredients lists are somewhat daunting even though I make curries and Thai food occasionally, this seems like a lot to take on.
