By Ted A Niceley One of my favorite pastry Chefs, Jordi Roca releases his long awaited dessert cook book in English.Never dumbed down, recipes are solid ( Do yourself and get a digital scale to do them justice, scales are cheap and worth it) . Plenty of photos and knowledge and soul are imparted.Best book in English I've bought all year thus far.
