About the Author Carlita Shaw is an environmental scientist, writer and teacher. She has founded both a charity and later a non-profit organization. She created an ecology course for two different schools in Guatemala. She has been living and working in Ecuador for the last four years, focusing on biodiversity conservation and writing.

This book presents very promising alternative solutions to complex pollution problems and might save us from economic collapse. The less known debate of climate change is discussed. An overriding issue is how industries craftily engineer issues to generate malicious profiteering markets, (essentially through complex, misleading proxies). The related points made in this book are supported with many references and web links. Let the reader consider the opposing positions and the intrigue of human greed at play. Let the reader consider the effects of their own choices in life. Come to a much wider understanding of the confusing issues which could have simpler remedies, (solutions with better rationales).Choice of one's own actions inevitably blow back upon self.
